what is your return policy?
we genuinely want you to be satisfied with your purchase. if we made a mistake on your dog tag or your product arrived damaged, we'll replace it at no cost. if there was an error in the engraving details you sent our way, we require a $20 oops fee, plus shipping, for a new tag. returns on dog tags within 10 days are fine, just keep in mind, we don't cover the shipping back to us at EMPAWR Inc. don't hesitate to chat with us about any concerns – we're here to make things right for you.
