how do I place a return or exchange?

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEM(S)
certain item(s) cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized item(s)). please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s). unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale item(s) or gift cards.
FEES
do i have to pay to return or exchange an item?
we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 15-days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or an exchange. to be eligible, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it.
we want to make sure that you love our product — that is why we offer FREE exchanges!
returns are available too; however, we do ask that you pay for the return handling and shipping fee. thank you for your understanding.
PROCESSING TIME
how long does it take to process a return or exchange?
we will provide a refund in the case of a return, or send out your new product in the case of an exchange, upon receipt and inspection of the original product. it might take up to a week after the receival of the returned products.
